Job content

With direct reference to the Supply Chain Director, you will lead an international quality organization (app. 25 people) focusing on MM’s production facilities in Denmark, Lithuania, China, and England.

You will have the total responsibility regarding Micro Matics quality development until delivery of the final product/solutions assurance from product.

In addition to the internal quality assurance you will also have a close working relationship with customers globally and the MM sales organization securing implementation of quality parameters specific for key customers.

You will be responsible for the optimization of supplier base, securing that they constantly are able to apply the high standards our client expects.

Your organization will assess and audit both existing and future suppliers and in general be the pioneer in ensuring “State of the Art” performance for all parties involved in our clients supply chain.

You are part of the management team and will ensure that our client constantly apply the highest possible quality standards and processes.

Our client is both ISO 9001 and will be ISO 14001 certified in 2016.

Profile

You have a Master’s degree in mechanical sciences/quality and 7-10 years of QA experience in an international production environment.

Additionally, you have experience with QMS, SIX SIGMA, TS 16494 and other quality systems on an operational level as well as experience with quality leadership and people management.

You must have the ability to lead experienced QA employees as well as give guidance to stakeholders globally on quality and compliance issues.

Furthermore, you have business understanding and the ability to discuss quality matters related to the entire value chain.

As a person you are proactive, dynamic, energetic and have an influential personality.

You are experienced working globally and respectfully across different cultures.

You thrive on setting direction, leading people as well as work with stakeholders across the global organization and cross functionally.

You should expect 30-50 travel days per year. Furthermore, you demonstrate excellent quality matter understanding and have great communication skills and master Danish and English on a negotiation level. Other languages would of course be an advantage.
